I’m Cat Martin, a qualified women’s health coach, personal trainer, and nutritionist.
For years, I lived in the all-or-nothing cycle with food and exercise — chasing perfection with strict diets, endless workouts, and “starting over” every Monday.
When my health hit rock bottom, I realised real wellness isn’t about restriction or extremes. It’s about balance, habits, and a lifestyle that makes you feel strong, confident, and free.
Now, I help women around the world build healthy habits that last a lifetime — so you can transform your body and your life without punishing yourself to get there.
